Jessica is the Director of Grants and Strategic Initiatives at Ayuda, where she supports Ayuda’s senior staff in managing Ayuda’s grant applications and grant reporting requirements. She also provides strategy and develops systems to sustain and grow Ayuda’s grant funding. Prior to joining Ayuda in 2019, Jessica served as a Sr. Grants Officer at Polaris, an international anti-human trafficking organization. She has also secured and managed grant funding for other victim service and human rights organizations. She has experience providing crisis intervention and case management services for human trafficking and domestic violence survivors. Jessica received her Bachelors of Social Work from the University of Toledo and her Masters of Social Work from the University of Michigan.
