Immigration Legal Services

If you are a new client seeking legal immigration support, check out next free brief advice & referral remote clinic below.

If you are a DC resident, please call (202) 387-4848 on the 15th of the month to see if any appointments are available for new client consultations the following month. New appointments are very limited at this time, so not everyone who calls on the 15th will be able to get an appointment. “Unfortunately, Ayuda is closed for intakes in our Maryland office for people who do not fall into the above categories.”

If you are a Montgomery County, Maryland resident in removal proceedings or a Maryland resident who has experienced domestic violence, forced labor, or other forms of human trafficking, please call 240-594-0600 to see if any consultation appointments are available. Unfortunately, Ayuda is closed for intakes in our Maryland office for people who do not fall into the above categories.

Ayuda’s Virginia office is closed for immigration legal consultations for new and former clients at this time.

In looking for an immigration attorney, beware of non-attorneys or “notarios” who are not allowed to provide immigration legal services. If you believe you may be a victim of fraud in your immigration case, please contact Project END at [email protected] or at 202-552-3604.
