JJ serves as a Vice President leading Financial Inclusion for the Greater Washington. He has been in banking industry for over 13 years. JJ holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an MBA with Executive Coaching Concentration. JJ was born in Bolivia and lives in Northern Virginia along with his spouse, and his three children. JJ’s team provides empowerment to minorities through the delivery of financial education workshops, as well as resources to help communities move forward in their financial journey.
