Kelsey is a dynamic and results-driven individual, serving as the Chief of Staff to the EVP Public Policy & Chief External Affairs Officer.

Kelsey has an unwavering passion for volunteering and community engagement. She is the past co-lead for Exelon’s DC Pro Bono efforts. These efforts fostered engagement with leadership, team members, and external partners to provide legal services to underrepresented community members. Her commitment to serving others and engaging with customers constantly drives her to seek new ways to make a positive impact.Kelsey joined Exelon in 2022.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Canisius College and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University at Buffalo. She graduated from LGW’s Rising Leaders Program (’24).
