Jenny Namur Karp is a mission-driven global operations executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling complex international organizations. As co-founder and long-serving President of Social Solutions International, Inc., she translates vision into operational strategy while strengthening financial architecture, organizational culture, and global infrastructure. During her tenure, the firm grew from a startup to $85M in annual revenue, 425 employees, and operations across 90 countries.

Jenny began her public health career in the 1990s at Whitman Walker Clinic, working to address the HIV/AIDS epidemic. That work grew into technical expertise in maternal and child health, violence against women and girls, and HIV/AIDS, and into extensive partnerships with USAID and the US Departments of State and Health and Human Services. As chief operational leader and strategic partner to the CEO, she oversees finance, risk management, workforce development, and global operations. She brings deep governance and stewardship experience, including enterprise risk management and compliance, financial oversight and audit, and crisis and duty-of-care response. She has also led organizational restructuring, strategic partnerships with government agencies and major foundations, and business development.

Jenny is known for building high-performing, high-trust teams and for putting in place the systems that free leaders to focus on advocacy, partnerships, and impact. Her commitment to equity, human rights, and locally-led solutions is rooted in her public health training, and she has designed service-learning and community-based programs that put the people they serve first. She holds a Master of Public Health in Maternal & Child Health from The George Washington University and a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and Child Development from Vanderbilt University.

Jenny lives in Maryland with her husband, two teenage daughters, and her dog Daisy. She enjoys reading, traveling, and playing tennis.
